The pool service is directed more to the drinkers so they can generate tips. Unfortunately, when this is the 1st experience, while waiting for your room, it does not leave a good taste in your mouth and not welcoming at all!. It should not have taken 2 hrs to get our food, the bartender, JC knew it, realized after the fact, then apologized and gave us drink credit. The best service is at the Renaissance Island.
